FACE YOGA

We will be working with Revive Room, who will be hosting face yoga classes.

Did you know…Face Yoga is a form of intentional movement and self-massage designed to strengthen, tone, and release tension in the muscles of the face — much like how we train and care for the rest of the body.

The face has over 40 muscles, many of which are directly connected to our nervous system and emotional expression. Stress, unprocessed emotions, and daily habits can create patterns of tension that show up as jaw clenching, furrowed brows, or tightness around the eyes and mouth.

Face Yoga works not only on the physical structure — helping to lift, tone, and support circulation — but also acts as a somatic practice for emotional release. Through breath, touch, and mindful movement, it helps to calm the nervous system, release stored tension, and move stagnant energy.

It also works with the body’s fascia and meridian channels, supporting lymphatic flow, energy balance, and a natural, healthy glow from within.
